Shipping policy

Standard Dispatch Goal: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day.
Weekend/Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Friday (after 12 PM), Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Peak Periods: During busy periods, we strive to dispatch your order within 48 hours.

Standard Delivery: You can expect to receive your package within 2 to 4 working days after dispatch (excluding Bank Holidays).
Extended Zones: Delivery to Northern Ireland and the Highlands and Islands may require an additional day.
Royal Mail Service Names: Please note that Royal Mail's "Tracked 24" and "Tracked 48" are service names and do not guarantee 24 or 48-hour delivery from the time of dispatch. Delivery for these services usually takes a couple of working days.

Where is My Order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it.
Courier Delays: If you experience any unforeseen delays after dispatch, please contact us. While courier delays are outside of our control, we will help resolve any issues.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can cause significant delays.
